Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Compliance

JAV x Angel (https://x-angel.cc) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to material residing on the site that is controlled or operated by JAV x Angel that is claimed to be infringing. If we remove or disable access in response to such a notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the provider of the affected content so that they may make a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below. To be effective, the notification must be in writing and contain the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our designated copyright agent:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
4. A physical or electronic signature.

If a counter-notification is received by the designated agent, JAV x Angel may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
